Morning Yoga with Katie
Katie prepares you for the day by guiding you on a calming journey of breathing exercises and yoga postures. This practice is crafted to refresh your whole body and accessible to any level of yoga experience. * Please have a space prepared where you can move your body uninterrupted. Yoga mat or open floor space, along with a blanket or pillow for support. Ideally, set the tone for ease. Light a candle. Play your favorite music and devote the time for you!
