November 23rd
Lung Cleanse Portal Opens – You will be able to review material, videos and the schedule for your 21-day journey.
Facebook Group Opens – We will share access to join the private FB community where you can meet your Lung Cleanse community and coaches.
Nutrition Prep Begins – The week leading up to the cleanse we will be asking you to begin prepping for the nutrition portion of the cleanse. We will share recipes, suggested shopping list items to have on hand for your cleanse, cooking demonstrations and answer your food related questions.
November 30th
21-Day Lung Cleanse Begins – All of the live webinars will be listed with dates and times in the course portal. If you miss any of the live sessions you will have access to the replays within the course portal within 24 hours after each live session.
December 20th
Virtual Breath Retreat – Your Lung Cleanse will culminate with a one-day Virtual Breath Retreat which will include classes and educational lectures throughout the day. The retreat schedule will be posted in the course portal by the end of November.
We Say Goodbye – This will be the last day of the cleanse but don’t forget you will have one-year access to the cleanse content and portal.

ADDITIONAL SUGGESTED SUPPLIES: During the 21-Day Lung Cleanse, we will be reviewing and sharing how to execute additional supportive practices. If you are interested in these additional therapeutic practices we ask that you have these additional supplies on hand (these are not required to complete the cleanse).

During your 21-day Lung Cleanse the nutritional focus will be to avoid the major allergen food groups and other inflammatory foods and replace them with lung supportive healthy alternatives.

We encourage you to take advantage of doing the cleanse in community with others. If you can’t attend live, or miss any sessions, you will have one-year access to the program material and video sessions so you can revisit the program whenever inspired.
Your 21-Day Lung Cleanse includes guides, videos, recipe ideas for the nutrition portion of the program, and instructions to complete a successful cleanse.
During the 21-day cleanse please anticipate setting aside time to dedicate each day to the activities. These activities will be approximately 1-2 hours daily.

Yes! We will have a private FB group where participants can support one another and ask questions. You will receive an alert on November 23rd when the group is open. We can’t wait to see you there!
